I am against changing the rules to allow telemarketers to use prerecorded messages. I don't want ANY telemarketing calls. I find them invasive and annoying. Also, I believe the definition of a "pre-existing business relationship" is too broad. This definition should be tightened up with the addition of wording specifying the relationship can only be said to exist if both the consumer and the business mutual agree there is a relationship. Please make sure businesses honor the Do Not Call list and do not allow this loop hole to exist!!!!
