I am opposed to the proposed amendment. I do not wish to receive prerecorded messages from sellers with whom I have an established business relationship. Additionally, I am opposed to the petition submitted by the Direct Marketing Association regarding change in wording of the TSR's call abandonment safe harbor provision. Thank you.
