DO NOT LOOSEN CONTROLS RE THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. Tell Voice Mail Broadcasting to crawl back under its rock and leave us alone. The public DOES NOT want the annoyance and privacy intrusion telemarketers present. And how you define pre-existing relationship whereby companies are allowed to telemarket is ridiculous. One use of a charge card and that company becomes eligible to telemarket me. You call that a pre-existing relationship - hardly one I'd use to authorize further telemarketing from that company. That is not a relationship to me. You need to change that law and do it now. Keep the Do Not Call Registry intact - strenghten it rather than pander to business and weaken protection for all Americans.
