Comments:
I object to permitting telemarketers to deliver prerecorded messages under any circumstances whatsoever. I pay for my telephone equipment and service, and I should not have to surrender it to unwanted calls. I know how to use the telephone equipment and service I pay for, and if I want contact with an organization, I will place the call. I am not willing to sacrifice any of my privacy or my right to determine how my telephone is used for the purpose of being advised of information a telemarketer would like me to hear.
