Greetings, Commissioners: Loosening restrictions on telemerketers in any form, manner or way is totally opposed. We object to having to opt-out on a company-by-company basis. The proposed change is not beneficial for consumers at all. Please do not give up the current standing. If anything, how about trying to convince the FCC to conform with yours, please, and eliminate the existing loophole? Respectfully, Ed Specht et al
