Please do not change the "Do Not Call List" rules to allow any type of telemarketing calls. A pre-recorded message is more annoying than call from a real person. If I watch television, I can turn of commercials. If I surf the Internet, I can ignore banner ads and close pop-ups. I cannot refuse to answer the telephone, as it might be a person with whom I wish or need to speak. To leave what I am doing and answer a ringing phone only to have a recorded voice try to sell me something is not only troublesome, it is exactly the thing that I wanted to avoid by placing my name on the list.
