Please DO NOT change your rules and allow pre-recorded messages from telemarketers. These are horrible, horrible spam-like invasions of our phones. They were intolerable before the Do Not Call list went into effect and they will undoubtedly reach that level again, or even surpass it, if the door is opened. Listen to the will of the consumers and not the special interest money of telemarketers. Thanks.
