i wish the ftc and the government would recognize the privacy of the home. the home is not a place of business. i know some people run businesses from home, but they are the exception not the rule. please keep the home private. do not allow businesses to invade the home. if the home owner wants a service, let the homeowner make the first move. businesses can always easily find other ways to make money. please uphold the privacy of the home. make the businesses jump through hoops to sell their product. don't put the burden on the home owner of always having to call up somewhere to get their name off a calling list. having call centers go out of business will not cause the united states to go into a depression. sure some jobs will be lost, but new services will be developed to employ people. please uphold the privacy of the home if that is part of the ftc policy; if not, then my opinion is in vain and can be disregarded.
