How is being called for a prerecorded message anything else but an unnecessary invasion of personal privacy? The whole concept of "do not call" is that -- DO NOT CALL! Regardless of the friendly-to-business climate that the current Adminstration promulgates, making this change in the rules is unnecessary and simply erodes the intent of the original rules. When I want information on a product or service, I go and seek it actively. I do not need nor invite others to call me and give me yet another call on which to simply hang up. Thank you for gather public remarks ... Kevin Fletcher Tweedy, Koloa, HI, USA
