Comments:
I strongly oppose the proposed changes that would "amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule to create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship." I oppose ANY changes to weaken the Do Not Call law. I do NOT want ANY business telephoning me, be it someone in person, or a recorded message. If I want to purchase an item, I know where to go to conduct such a transaction.
