Comments:
The telemarketing industry should not be allowed a loophole to have the ability to continue marketing to people who do not want these calls. Millions of people, including myself, signed up to the Do Not Call registry because we clearly, and without any doubt, do not want to be disturbed by telemarketers. This new proposal would go against our right to opt out of being annoyed by telemarketers. DO NOT ALLOW THE TELEMARKETING INDUSTRY TO USE PRERECORDED MESSAGES.
