It has been such a joy to be able to get through the dinner meal and evenings without being bothered by telemarketers. Please, under no circumstances, go back to allowing them to bother people. I wonder how many of them like being annoyed by other telemarketers? I would like to know when it would be convenient for me to bother them with my phone calls. I feel sorry for them if this is the only way they have for making a living, but they do not need to think that just because I charge a meal or stamps at the PO that these people are my friends and I need to hear from them, especially when I am busy. Right now I merely place the phone of the floor and let them waste their breath talking to dead air. I do not like being annoyed, and I really will be annoyed if the FTC allows this to happen again.
