I pay for my phone for my personal use. I DO NOT WANT people calling me to solicite or sell items expecially pre-recorded messages. Allowing less restrictions on these calls is NOT insuring my privacy and peace of mind. We are backwards in our approach. The assumption should be that we have opted OUT of being on call lists. Those who wish to have these calls can opt IN for them. It is absurd that we have to take this ABUSE by others on a service that we pay for. How does it get so BACKWARD!! VOTE NO ON THESE CHANGES.
