NO NO NO NO. Don't relax the restrictions on Telemarketers, if anything they should be expanded and also include unsolicited email sent by unscrupulous boiler room operations. Finally we can enjoy a peaceful dinner and answer the phone with some degree of certainty that it might be friends, family or someone we want to speak with. There are still to many computer generated dead air calls, with no recourse to complain. Maybe any call that is computer generated should be required to be accessed by *69. Maybe they would get the message if we clogged up their phone lines and inconvenienced them. Sincerely, but with little hope that you will place our needs above theirs. Patrick Monk.RN.
