I urge you to reject the proposals for loosening restrictions on telemarketing sales calls. The stress which builds for individuals and their families when these intrusive calls come around the dinner hour is an unnecessary burden which only contributes to the elements that disrupt the peace of family life. We are fully capable of finding information about companies with whom we have consumer relationships without receiving uninvited telephone calls. Thank you.
