Please, please do *not* loosen any restrictions on telemarketers. There are not enough restrictions on these organizations and companies invading our privacy already. I vehemently oppose the creation of an additional call abandonment safe harbor and any amendments that measure call abandonment over a 30-day period rather than per day.
