I am seriously opposed to any rule change that would make it easier for corporate or commercial entities to call my home number attempting to sell me something or otherwise promote themselves or their services. As an individual living in a time of unprecedented commercialism, I have "relationships", as currently defined by the FTC, with literally thousands of corporate and commercial entities. I have no desire whatsoever for _any_ of them to phone me at home (or anywhere else) with any type of promotional message. Messages delivered to clients with these so-called "relationships" should be limited to non-promotional content only. I can see little justification for allowing any other type of communication with a customer.
