Re: The pending proposal to allow unsolicited prerecorded messages to be sent to the telephones of consumers having an establlished business relationship with the sender. I guess by law, you are obligated to consider the proposal even though it flies in the face of the overwhelmingly popular recently adopted prohibition against such intrusive telephone calls. People do not want these calls. Do the right thing: reject this proposal.
