I consider telemarketing contact from any business to be an intrusion. This includes businesses with which I have a relationship. In my opinion, telemarketing is fundamentally different than printed advertising. The latter can be reviewed at my leisure. The former, because of the way I use my telephone, is an interruption at someone else's convenience. Therefore, I strongly object to any rule changes which would facilitate telemarketing. I believe the changes proposed will facilitate telemarketing and strongly urge that no such changes be made. s/William Warren
