Do NOT loosen the restrictions on telemarketers!!!!! If I want to speak with someone at a company, I will call them. I do NOT want them calling me, even to tell me about a shoe sale, unless I have specifically requested that information. NO, NO, NO to loosening the restrictions!!!!!!!!!!
