I'm completely against any proposed rule change that would allow telemarketers to call me more. This would completely void the purpose of the Do Not Call List. There is never a time that I would want a company to contact me. The only people that this would benefit would be the telemarketer and the company they are advertising for. Before this list went into effect I had stopped answering my phone. If this list goes into effect I won't be answering it anymore however, I'm sure I'll be forced to delete many phone messages from my phone. I'll probably just end up getting rid of my phone all togeather.
