Hi. I am writing to oppose the proposed loophole in the Do-Not-Call registry that would allow telemarketers to play pre-recorded messages, even to phone numbers on the Do-Not-Call list, where they represent a company that "has an established business relationship". This is unacceptable. Those scumbags would exploit this loophole for all it's worth, making the registry worthless! Please don't pass this. Thanks, Bob
