One word about this proposal - CRAZY. I can't believe this is seriously being considered. It is a step backwards for consumer privacy. The DO NOT CALL registry has worked wonders since its implementation. I beg of you not to mess with it. Just because I use a credit card to purchase something does not mean I want to be bothered with spammed phone calls. Just say NO to this proposal! PLEASE!!!!!
