Please DO NOT change the existing rules to ease restrictions on inbound calls tod consumers. If you do anything, make the rules more restrictive. Telemarketing calls, especially the pre-recorded varitey, is the telephone equivalent of e-mail SPAM. I DO NOT want to be inundated with telemarketing calls, live or otherwise. Thank you.
