Comments:
I am strongly opposed to the FTC's proposed ruling to allow telemarketers to deliver prerecorded messages to households with whom they have a preexisitng relationship. When people have requested that no telemarketing have access to their phone lines and even pay for this choice, this request should be respected. Advertisers intrude upon our public spaces too much already. Citizens should have the right to protect their private spaces, their homes and their children, from such intrusions.
