Please don't change the Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales. I was besieged by telemarketing calls (all unwanted) before signing up with the Do Not Call Registry. It has made a measurable difference in the quality of life to not have to receive those annoying phone calls. Please don't dilute the power of the ruling as it now stands.
