First of all, I am an experienced internet user and it took me almost a half hour to find your site. It is much too dificult! My comment is NO, NO 1,000,000 times NO. This is going in the wrong direction. You should be limiting more calls, not losening the regulation. Voice Mail machines are much more annoying than humans and should be banned altogether, along with auto dialers. While telemarketers have a right to free speach, they do not have a right to use my Telephone, at my expense, to exercise it! I say ban all telemarkers unless we opt in! Thanks, Tom Rasmussen
