We have had numerous problems in the past and I have personnally expirenced on many occassions that when an automated telelmarketred called, I couldn't break the message when I would hang up. The lione would remain "open" and prevent people to call out adter receiving a message and hanging up. This prevents people from using their phone to make any calls, including calling 911 for and ambulance, fire or police service until the automated machine disconnects! I am strongly opposed to this type of calls being permitted.
