Our family has greatly appreciated Colorado's No-Call list. Our home phone service has a value to our family which we gladly pay for. But any intrusion into our private lives by businesses who call without our expressed permission devalues our phone service in many ways. Automated and prerecorded calls are MORE of an intrusion because of the ability to leave messages on voice-mail. If I am out of town and paying long-distance charges to check messages, it will increase the amount of minutes spent deleting marketing recordings from my voice mail. The amount of time and money sifting through and fielding this new form of SPAM will be significant. Automated and prerecorded calls will be less costly for telemarketers, but no less intrusive and annoying to families. I urge you to not allow this loophole in our successful no-call system. Thank you
