I do NOT want to see rules relaxed for the Do Not Call List. If anything, solicitation by non profit organizations should not be exempted from exclusion. I am tired of having early evening calls from charities, much less companies I have had business dealings with. Maybe if someone from Sears or another store would just knock on your door every evening at dinner time the Federal Trade commission would get the drift!
