The allowing of pre-recorded messages is just as bad if not worse than operater attended solicitated calls. I feel that this would increase the number of bogus calls due to the fact that no operator would need to be hired. This would save them money, and allow them to invade our privacy even more. I urge you not to allow these pre-recorded messages to go to anyone, especially to those of us that have taken the time to register for the do-not-call. Thank you, Bruce Walker
