About 64 million people (or families) signed up on the Do Not Call Registry to avoid telemarketers' calls. How would you explain a change that would essentially negate the purpose of the law???????? There is no difference in the bothersome impact of a telemarketer's call whether it is a live voice or a pre-recorded message
