This is absolutely ludicrous! I think the american people have spoken on the issue of being called at home by telemarketers whether live or pre-recorded! It's the interruption that bothers us, not whether or not they are actually living people earning a commission. Personally, If I had to receive telemarketing calls, I'd rather be called by someone who is at least earning a comission, but that's besides the point. So, just to be clear, that's a NO on opening this loophole.
