To the FTC: Do not provide a mile-wide loophole to the Do Not Call Registry by allowing companies with a "relationship" to harass with prerecorded phone messages. More and more frequently a consumer is asked for a phone number at a register or check-out counter before an order is even rung up. This establishes a "relationship" and opens us at home up to floods of calls. The purpose of the DNC Registry was to STOP unwanted phone calls. A "relationship" should not enable companies to "stalk/harass" former customers.
