Regulations are needed to stop the harassing phone calls that the private citizen receives and more importantly the "non human" messages that one is not interested in receiving. Once a private citizen is listed on a do - not call list, how is it that law enforcement telemarketers continue to call for donations? How is it that once a citizen requests that their phone number be removed from such a list, it stays on? There may be freedoms in this United States, but it is sad that those freedoms are abused by so many. Thank you for whatever help in regulations you can make.
