I will support this change IF you will pay me to keep my answering machine on (this includes the electric bill, telephone bill, federal and state imposed taxes, etc.), and if you provide me and all other consumers with the commissioner's telephone numbers for submission to any and all telemarketer who call me. If not, then I do not support any loosening of the Do Not Call rules / regulations.
