Please do not allow this loophole. It opens the possibility for me to return home with my voice mail full disallowing my friends and family to leave messages I want and/or need to receive. Let the telemarketers use the US Mail to deliver their marketing messages. They can then track the associated expense and evaluate their return on investment. I consider unwanted and unsolicited advertising an invasion of my privacy introducing unnecessary stress into my daily life.
