Please do not consider allowing telemarketers to subvert the Do-Not-Call List by using pre-recorded messages. This would open the floodgates to an endless stream of annoying, useless commercialism. As a person who works a night shift, the last thing I need is for my phone to be ringing constantly with solicitations that I have already requested to be excluded from (by virtue to the DNC List).
