When we registered for the DO NOT CALL, we meant DO NOT CALL. A recorded message that comes on your phone is still a bother, just as much as a "person" calling, more so because you cannot request that they DO NOT CALL. What part of DO NOT CALL do you not understand. We don't want to be annoyed. If we want a service, we will look it up in the yellow pages and call them.
