If we are already on the NO CALL list, we OBVIOUSLY are NOT going to do ANY business at all over the phone. So why allow them to call us and disturb us in the privacy of our own homes? We have already made the decision NOT to do any business with phone solicitors... its HIGHLY unlikely we would change our mind by a recorded telemarketer. Its wasting THEIR time as well as ours and aggravating us. PLEASE do not change it. To say it would not have DRAMATIC results is WRONG. It would dramatically tick me off to have this loophole opened up. The whole point of the no call list is that you get NO CALLS from solicitors.
