What part of "do not call" do you not understand? I think to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship was a mistake in the first plase. Please do not create an additional call abandonment safe harbor for telemarketing. Thanks
