Comments:PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT pass this change! There is nothing more rude and annoying than picking up the phone and finding a recorded voice on the other end, even if it's with a company I do business. If a human being cannot be bothered with making the call, then my business obviously does not mean much to them. Common courtesy is deteriorating badly in this country and please do not allow customer service to return to the dark ages.
