This is the most assinine idea I have ever heard of. What can you people be thinking? When the 'Do No Call' list was put in place I signed up immediately and signed up my Mother and my Cousin. We were all thrilled to have the annoying telemarketing calls stop. Now there is a proposal to allow recorded calls. This kind of call is exactly as annoying as those you have already allowed us to stop. We don't want some calls one way and not some another. We don't want them PERIOD! Please, please dump this crazy idea. Just look at the comments you are receiving from individuals like myself. No one wants these calls except the telemarketers. Thank you very much for allowing me to offer my comments on this proposal. Michael L. Anderson Hilliard, Ohio
