The 64 million people who enrolled in the Do Not Call Registry did NOT do so to be bombarded instead by answering machine spam, which is even worse than unwanted sales calls. One cannot hang up on it or use the phone until the pre-recorded spam message has completed its cycle. It has been so great not receiving unwanted sales calls. Please do not spoil it by allowing answering machine spam. Thank you.
