Please do not allow this modification, these types of calls (pre-recorded) are exactly among those I wish to avoid. If a company wishes to inform me of something, they have my address and are welcome to mail it to me. Please respect my request for privacy which was what this list was meant to provide. If you need to accomodate the companies that want this, make them get a signed agreement with the customer that they are allowed to call them first, not force the customer to mail them a request to opt out.
