I hope the FTC will NOT let telemarketers call me even though I have my name and phone number on the Do-Not-Call list. If you change the rules, you'll make the Do-Not-Call list irrelevant and leave it up to telemarketing firms to decide whether they have a relationship with me. What is that relationship - the spam they sent me? There's a reason I am on the Do-Not-Call list. If I want to hear from a company, I'll call them!
