I DO NOT WANT this permitted! They have other means for example: TV, radio, newspapers, flyers, postal. I DO NOT want to be bombarded 24/7!!! It was bad enough during this past election from all those running PLUS the 527's....yes, them too. This will allow them to use MY phone service for FREE...I cannot allow that! Vote this measure DOWN.
