I think this proposal is not needed. I am sick and tired of having to "opt-out" of everything that comes along because someone thinks they have a right to disturb me, if they want to try and sell me some product or service. I am an adult male who is almost 60 years old, and I do know what I want to purchase and from who. I do not want any unsolicited offers of any kind. Even if I have done business with some company in the past. If I want to buy some product or service, then I do my necessary research and make a decision as to who I will buy that product or service from. I DO NOT NEED ANYONE CONTACTING ME, IF I WANT SOMETHING OR SOME PRODUCT, I WILL CONTACT THEM.
