Please, I implore you not to allow telemarketers to invade our privacy using the loophole of "pre-recorded message marketing." That is just a gimmick to defeat the intent of the do-not-call registry. Those of us who signed onto the registry do not want to deal with the intrusion of telemarketers, whether the call is launched by a person, a recording, a robot, or a chorus of voices. At a minimum, if the FTC is unable to withstand the lobbying pressures from the telemarketing lobby, then at least select an "opt-in" plan, so that people who want to receive this type of call can indicate their preference. The rest of us can be left alone!!!!1
