As to the specific changes proposed, I would like to advise that I am opposed to any relaxation of the "Do Not Call" rules. The proposal to allow recorded messages from businesses I may have some relationship with is unacceptable. These are the most bothersome and obnoxious calls - those where there is not even a person on the line when you are forced to answer the call. ALL telemarketing calls are an invasion of privacy and should be prohibited. And, in the case of my cell phone, I pay for the minutes they are using. Therefore, they are stealing from me. Please do not allow any easing of the rules on this. Thank you.
